Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

• Conduct site acceptance tests, commissioning, and start-up for transformers and switchgear. Knowledge of UPS, Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives, and PLC systems is a plus

• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault investigation, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment

• Provide field operations and technical support to customers, helping them identify their needs and offer post-sales service solutions

• Address on-site repair and maintenance issues, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve technical problems

• Deliver field feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams to assist in new product development and improvements to existing products

• Manage the procurement of spare parts from Supplier

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or ITE in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Relevant experience in technical servicing roles

• Hands-on experience in customer service with the ability to work independently on-site

• Minimum 2 years of field service experience in a related industry

• Strong communication skills

• Must be ready to travel on business trips
