Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for Field Service Engineer to join our team at HTS ELECTRONICS PTE. LTD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and servicing to our valued clients, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our systems and equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Assist clients in the installation/commissioning of the Equipment
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for the Equipment
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary upgrades or improvements
• Liaise with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
• Develop and maintain good relations with clients
• Provide training and support to clients on the proper operation and care of the Equipment

What we're looking for

• Diploma/ITE in Electronics/Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical/ Engineering or a related field
• 1 -2 years working experience in a Semi-conductor Testing environment
• Good working knowledge of Semiconductor Test Handler will be an added advantage
• Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to travel at short notice to client sites as required
