Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

• Perform preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Report in writing for maintenance carried out.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in supporting network, security, server, UPS, and mission-critical systems.
• Customer-oriented with a high level of service attitude.
• Good listening and analytical skills.
• Hardworking, outgoing, and enthusiastic.
• Positive working attitude.
• Team player and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Able to understand system and architecture diagrams.
• Able to understand the user operation environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
