Our client is a well-known semiconductor equipment manufacturer. The role of a Field Engineer (Services) is to work under client offices across Singapore.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on semiconductor computer systems, complex software, and networked and/or wireless systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems, including computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
2. Perform on-site installation, continual improvement programmes, parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair works on equipment.
3. Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
4. Coordinate logistics arrangements and with customers on equipment-related matters.
5. Respond to customers’ complaints, providing timely solutions to resolve customers’ issues.
6. Monitor the performance of the product, providing regular update reports and feedback on customer service requests.
7. Report common complaints of customers to management to address the situation for future reference.

What you will receive:

4. Mobile Allowance: SGD 100 per month.

7. Overtime (OT) Payment: Average of 40–50 hours per month, though it may vary and could exceed this.
8. Salary Increment (Annual review every July).

Requirements & Preferences:
(Must)

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Inexperienced candidates who majored in the relevant studies are welcome to apply!
3. Required to work or be on standby during after-office hours/weekend/public holiday.

1. Few years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge.
2. Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
