Field Engineer | MNC Semiconductor | Up to S$4.5K | (ID: 655149)

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the Field Engineer position.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with semiconductor equipment and related systems, including computer systems, advanced software, and networked or wireless systems.
• Conduct on-site installations, continuous improvement initiatives, part overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on semiconductor equipment.
• Serve as the liaison between the company and customers, managing both technical and administrative concerns for assigned projects.
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with customers on equipment-related matters.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues.
• Monitor product performance and provide regular reports and feedback on customer service requests.
• Report recurring customer complaints to management to facilitate future improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team player.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Required to work or be on standby during after office hours if needed.
