About the role

As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and problem-solving to our clients. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive prompt and efficient IT assistance, enabling them to focus on their core business operations.

What you'll be doing

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients on-site.

• Involve in the project or maintenance services related to General Security Systems, Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, and Server & Network infrastructure when required.

• Perform installation, implementation, configuration, and testing of system/storage equipment & setup.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and related equipment.

• Provide end-user support and training on the use of IT systems and applications.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities and resolutions.

• Collaborate with the central IT team to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of IT systems.

• Adhere to established service-level agreements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar field engineering or IT support role.

• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across a range of hardware, software, and networking technologies.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients at all levels.

• In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control, and System Server, etc.

• Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support our clients. Possess a Class 3 driving license.
