Fashion Luxury Client Associate

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution of retail duties.
• Drive sales and provide expert guidance on assigned product categories.
• Deliver exceptional client service and create a welcoming shopping environment aligned with the brand’s luxury image.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
• Keep clients informed about new product launches, services, and brand updates.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Execute sales strategies and actively participate in in-store events, activations, and brand initiatives.
• Provide valuable client insights and feedback to store management.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements & Capabilities:

• Passion for the luxury retail industry; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
