Main Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Upload new products, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
- Update stock levels and ensure accurate product details.
- Order Processing:
- Manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat.
- Assist with product recommendations and resolve issues.
- Website Maintenance:
- Keep the website updated, visually appealing, and functional.
- Fix bugs or technical issues with developers.
- Promotions:
- Set up discounts, sales, and special offers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.
- Inventory Management:
- Track stock levels and arrange restocking with suppliers.
- Analytics:
- Monitor sales and website performance.
- Prepare basic reports to suggest improvements.
- Content Coordination:
- Ensure product photos and banners are consistent and appealing.
- TikTok Live Support:
- Assist with TikTok Live sessions, including organizing product try-ons.
- Support hosts during live events by preparing items and engaging with viewers.
- Help promote products during live streams.
Key Skills:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Basic fashion knowledge (trends, sizing).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Confidence in assisting or participating in live social media events.
