Fashion/Apparel/Timepieces advisors

Well-known Fashion, Apparel and Timepiece brands looking to hire Sales Associates and Client Advisors for 2024 amidst an uptick in customer spending.

Salary Range: $2,300 - 2,800 basic, Comms $500-2.5k monthly.
Eligible for AWS (13 month bonus)/Variable Bonus and other incentives.
Locations: Town & MBS.
Retail shift hours, 5 work days a week.

Scope:

1. Engage and connect with potential customers, introducing the history of the brand while understanding their needs and making appropriate product recommendations.
2. Upselling and cross-selling while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
3. Oversee VM, Inventory management & clienteling activities in the store.
4. Assist with retail events and other related projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Possesses a professional, friendly and cheerful attitude.
2. Good communication and conversational skills in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
3. Has a good understanding/background experience in retail sales and clienteling (prior experience in luxury brands are a huge plus).
4. Passionate about the luxury industry/products as well as have a good knowledge on market trends and current news.
