Conducting Family Life Education programmes and consultations, namely evidence-based Marriage and Parenting programmes such as PREPARE/ENRICH, Triple P, Purposeful Play and Signposts,etc
Ensuring the necessary administration requirements are done and submitted for programmes.
Guiding programme officers for work competency and growth.
Developing curriculum such as Thematic Parenting Talks
Working with team to maintain and expand outreach efforts.
Any other work-related responsibilities as specified by supervisor.
Requirements
Minimally hold a Bachelor's degree in counselling, social work, psychology, sociology or related fields; and
Have at least 5 years of experience in FLE (not necessarily funded by MSF) or completed 40 hours of co-training with an accepted FLE training
