Family Life Educator/Counsellor

Main Responsibilities

• Conducting Family Life Education programmes and consultations, namely evidence-based Marriage and Parenting programmes such as PREPARE/ENRICH, Triple P, Purposeful Play and Signposts,etc
• Ensuring the necessary administration requirements are done and submitted for programmes.
• Guiding programme officers for work competency and growth.
• Developing curriculum such as Thematic Parenting Talks
• Working with team to maintain and expand outreach efforts.
• Any other work-related responsibilities as specified by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimally hold a Bachelor's degree in counselling, social work, psychology, sociology or related fields; and
• Have at least 5 years of experience in FLE (not necessarily funded by MSF) or completed 40 hours of co-training with an accepted FLE training
