Factory/Plant Manager (6 Days Work) - Up to $6,000 + AWS + Bonus

• Position: Factory/Plant Manager
• Location: Tuas (2 minutes walk from Gul Circle MRT)
• Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week - Monday to Saturday (8am - 5pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Waste management service

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise factory staff, including preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
• Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training on job duties, corporate policies, and applicable regulations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Oversee factory worker activities
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet established standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the factory
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a factory/plant manager
• Possess leadership skills and has the ability to motivate a team of workers
• Experienced in implementing workplace Safety & Environmental regulations
