Facility Technician / Supervisor x2 (Manufacturing Industry/West/5D)

The company is a high-tech manufacturer of contact lens solutions, sterile pharmaceutical solutions, first-aid eye and wound irrigations as well as eye comfort drops.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Facility Supervisor

Facility Maintenance and Management:
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all facility equipment and systems.
• Oversee facility renovations and construction projects.
• Manage facility utilities (electricity, water, gas) and ensure optimal usage.

Safety and Security:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills.

Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of facility maintenance personnel.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Set performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate facility records and documentation.
• Prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.

2) Facility Technician

• Conduct routine building, utility and facility maintenance work.
• Coordinate the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for utility equipment (Boiler, compressor, chiller, dryer, cooling tower, air conditioner).
• Liaise with PE for utility equipment servicing and overhaul.
• Coordinate audit for the routine checking for building and facility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in facility management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and manage high-pressure situations.
(Working Hour: Monday-Friday/Tuesday-Saturday - Rotate Biweekly - Office Hour)
