Need to oversee facility maintenance by upkeep of essential systems, such as air conditioning, lighting, and fire safety.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring maintenance and repairs are executed punctually and in line with company quality and safety standards.
Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule to optimise facility operations and ensure timely completion of routine tasks, inspections and projects.
Assist in facility-related projects, ensuring all activities adhere to company policies, safety guidelines and established protocols.
Ensure all facility operations comply fully with internal company policies with particular attention to safety and risk management protocols.
Maintain precise facility records, handle timely renewals of necessary licenses and permits and ensure documentation aligns with company requirements for quality control and compliance.
Oversee on-site activities to ensure that vendors and contractors rigorously follow company safety policies and contractual terms.
Job Requirements:
Min 1 year experience in similar position and industry (Logistics/3PL)
Good interpersonal skills and attention to details.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all levels internally or externally.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
