Develop and review facility equipment P&IDs, process/metrology tools facility hookup P&IDs, Data Sheets, User Requirements Specifications, Equipment Specifications, and Process Descriptions.
Review and assess clean room IP security, physical security, IT security, and cleanroom process requirements such as calculating clean room space maximization, tool layout, and planning.
Continuous improvement on build-up and maintain state-of-art knowledge in the field of contamination control technology for the cleanroom.
Coordinate engineering tasks and prepare drawings and technical documentation for semiconductor manufacturing facilities and processing areas.
Direct and manage project development from inception to completion; manage project from start to finish - setting up bid process or time/materials budget, facility equipment shipping and receiving, install and start-up.
Identify and mitigate issues and conflicts within the project team and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
Design and optimize process architecture and detailed process engineering.
Manage and coordinate with facility consultants and equipment vendors.
Compile and advise on facility requirements of new projects (e.g., water, gases, electrical, security).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant disciplines.
8 - 10+ years of project experience in clean room environments within semiconductor/chip manufacturing facilities.
Highly developed skills in clean room process design and optimization.
Knowledge of facility tools hookup, HVAC systems, cleanroom security, and Cleanroom IP security setup (related to facility and tool layout) in semiconductor or industrial facilities.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent 2D CAD program preferred.
