The Role
In this role, you will manage office facilities, including collaborating with the WSH committee, overseeing first aid box inspections, coordinating maintenance for plumbing and electrical systems, and ensuring security measures are maintained. You will also manage office administration tasks such as overseeing access card systems, vendor contracts, office supplies, and tracking expenses. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting office events, conducting routine facility inspections, ensuring sustainability practices, and handling CORPPASS access for government transactions.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will hold a NITEC in Facilities Management or its equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in facility & office administration.
