Facilities Technician

• Variable bonus + 12 days AL

• 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am (2Day 2Night 2Off)

• Central / East area

Job Scope:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing (Electrical / Aircon / Mechanical / Building).

• Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance for M&E, HVAC, and building systems.

• Troubleshoot and fix faults in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

• Respond quickly to defects, customer complaints, and emergency breakdowns.

• Carry out routine inspections and repairs to ensure smooth facility operations.

• Report faults and issues to supervisors promptly.

• Perform preventive checks and diagnostics on M&E systems.

• Maintain records of inspections and report any abnormalities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company.

• Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Electronics / Building / Facility Management or facilities maintenance.
