Facilities Manager / Senior Facilities Manager

Job Descriptions:

1. Oversee and manage the team of Assistant Facility Managers, Engineers, Technical personnel, specialists (including direct vendors/subcontractors) in all the disciplines within the contractual work scope for smooth operations maintenance.
2. Responsible for planning and implementing a preventive maintenance program for all services and ensure proper contracts administration and management. Involve with M&E services maintenance and oversee soft services contractors.
3. Ensure all operational issues and emergencies are attended promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
4. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the planned schedule.
5. Conduct general inspections to identify services for rectification and oversee the team's performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion.
6. Monitor and track all maintenance works and their progress status.
7. Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with the performance framework.
8. Ensure effective communication within the team and with internal/external stakeholders to achieve their assigned KPIs. Good Workplace Health and Safety Act knowledge.
9. Ensure all personnel in the project obtained clearance, including Vendors/Sub-cons and technicians.
10. Oversee some A&A works if required.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management/Estate Management or any relevant disciplines.
2. Proficient and good knowledge in M&E maintenance services. Sound technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, M&E (AC) is most preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry.
4. Relevant working experience in managing large scale building premises will be an advantage.
5. Proven track records of Integrated Facilities Maintenance contracts management experience.
6. Possess analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and willing to go the extra mile to reach challenging goals within very tight timelines.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Exhibit good leadership ability.

Working Conditions: 5.5 Days working week is required.
