Apple is now seeking an extraordinary Facilities Manager to support the growing team in Singapore. The Facilities Manager is the culmination of all the skills and resources of a validated facility professional with additional cross-functional administration expertise and exceptional customer experience skills. As a Facilities Manager, you will hold a strong emphasis in running site operations critical to ensuring consistent delivery and the highest performance levels for Soft & Hard Services. You will have the ability to harmonize with Apple corporate business functions & Customers at all levels and provide multiple structured and/or ad-hoc timely and accurate status reporting.
Description
Responsible for the delivery, management and maintenance services within Singapore offices including:
Hands-on provision of site Soft & Hard Services
Collaborating with Apple's LOB, RE&D and their nominated internal/external vendors/partners
Input to in-GEO OPEX planning and budgets
Handle RE&D commercial obligations e.g. Lease, Utility & Vendor payments
Drive consistency in RE&D site services and resources as directed
Create and sustain Best Practices for the Facility Team
Run single to multiple, simple to complex Facility initiatives, programs and projects
Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes
Follow-up with Apple customers on site services delivery tracking, issues, risks and results
Ensure Vendors compliance with agreed SLA's and KPI’s
Implement tools, standards, policies, guidelines and processes
Input on Facility Management improvement programs
Advising and driving improvement changes in RE&D Facility Management services at the Site level
Support site OH&S compliance
Manage office occupancy report and space planning
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in Facility Management or related field
Degree qualified in related field e.g. Facility Management
Related experience, including high-end corporate office environment preferred
Preferred Qualifications

Ability to connect with dispersed internal/external teams
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Experience with Space Management/Churn Projects
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter and capable individual contributor
Professional Certification - IFMA certification desirable but not required
Project Management experience an advantage
Experience managing critical facilities an advantage
