Facilities Management Technician

Working hours: 3 rotating shift work (3 rest days every 2 weeks)

Location: CBD area

Entitled to Performance Bonus + AWS!

Responsibilities

The Facilities Technician ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with quality and safety standards, regulations, and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.

• Perform daily operational activities which include attending to customers' enquiries, needs, and complaints.
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, air conditioning servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control.

Requirements

• Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
• No experience is welcome to apply (on-the-job training).
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal, and customer-centric skills.
