Our client, a primary healthcare institution in Singapore is currently seeking candidates to join them as a Facilities Management Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the facilities in the assigned clinics by working closely with contractors and vendors.
2. Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out to the requirements.
3. Perform routine checks and contractor performance reviews with the objective of continuous improvement.
4. Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure their completion within budget and timeline.
5. Handle the administration and documentation to support all maintenance works and projects.
6. Ensure that the facility management and security pass the ESS and OHSAS certification.
7. Assist in new clinics developments.
8. Respond to alarm or critical faults.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering in related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in property management of facilities maintenance in healthcare.
3. Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage.
4. Travel to the assigned clinics as required.
