Facilities Management Director (Sports Centre)

Responsibilities of Head of Facilities Management:

• Oversee and manage facilities operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Lead outsourced facility services and contractors.
• Ensure seamless operation of M&E systems and building infrastructure.
• Address and resolve any defects or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with business units to enhance space usage and facility design at the precinct.
• Ensure contract compliance, reporting, and administrative systems are in place.
• Maintain a strong Work, Health, and Safety program.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the Board on infrastructure and facility matters.
• Identify and implement efficient solutions, while managing the organisation Sustainability Framework.
• Assist in preparing the annual Infra & Facility Opex and Capex budgets, ensuring effective financial oversight and budget controls for the Facilities Department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Technology
• Min 15 years of facilities management experience
• PMP certification is a bonus
• Experience and exposure in sports facilities management
