Facilities & Maintenance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors for all related equipment and building facilities and ensure the output meets specifications and standards.
• Supervise to ensure all jobs are performed according to specifications & SOPs.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance pertaining to building facilities and maintenance matters to other Departments when necessary.
• Oversee basic landscaping improvements to enhance the appearance of the Company's premises.
• Recommend and implement technological improvements to increase productivity, enhance safety and reduce wastages.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of building facilities & maintenance experience including leading a team and technicians.
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills; meticulous and detailed.
• Able to work in a non-office environment and access all areas of the premises including those at height.
