Job Description
- Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations for building, M&E, cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping.
- Assist Facilities Manager on the operations of reception/triage, visitor's registration, and compliance.
- Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations of Bio-Medical Engineering.
- Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations of Administration Dept and admin support for the hospital.
- Assist Facilities Manager on emergency response (fire, facilities, haze, and terrorism).
- Assist Facilities Manager on all adhoc building & facilities projects within the hospital.
- Assist Facilities Manager on building & facilities Grants from MOH, AIC, and other government agencies.
- Take on any works from time to time as directed by Management.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Facility Management.
- Holds a Diploma in Facilities/Building Management/Engineering or a relevant field.
- Demonstrates independence, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in a proactive and flexible manner.
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues, exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Proficiently presents and articulates ideas to management, translates feedback into actionable tasks, and promptly follows up for closure.
- Exhibits independence in functioning within a fast-paced work environment.
