About the role:
- Support the FM team in ensuring portfolio compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, healthy, and well-serviced portfolio as per project requirements.
- Respond effectively to risks, hazards, incidents, and emergencies within delegated authority.
- Help implement the Site Facilities Management and Operations Plan, including inspections and maintenance.
- Support supplier management, including contracts, administration, and service delivery.
- Assist in preparing reports on site performance, costs, budgets, and incidents.
- Contribute to budget estimation, tracking, and financial reporting (OPEX & CAPEX).
- Aid in processing work orders, purchase requests, and vendor payments.
- Manage facilities documentation, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of compliance, safety, and maintenance regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and FM software/tools.
- Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and reporting tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
