Job Description

As a Facilities and Building Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Oversee the maintenance of company facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
2. Manage activities related to building occupancy, construction, and renovations, including:
   • Developing processes for facility support and improvements.
   • Performing regular inspections to ensure quality standards.
3. Direct all aspects of repair and improvement projects, which includes:
   • Planning and budgeting.
   • Managing tenders and maintaining documentation.
4. Provide guidance and support to the Building and Facilities team.
5. Organize fire drills and tabletop exercises to enhance preparedness.
6. Identify and manage vendor contracts effectively.
7. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
8. Review and enhance policies related to safety and risk management to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma and above.
2. Candidates with 2 years of experience and above will be an added advantage.
