Assist in office facilities and maintenance requirements by scheduling, assigning and following up with vendors/contractors on work progress.
Undertake and oversee office renovation projects and work with various vendors/contractors to ensure completion.
Assist in enhancing office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and safety equipment procurement.
Recommend improvements to reduce costs or increase efficiency of the facilities services.
Responsible for general office management, including yearly carpet and office cleaning services.
Assist with Building Management FSM to conduct and coordinate fire drills - CERT exercises.
Support Production and Engineering departments on facilities maintenance, including yearly disposal of expired chemicals and damaged equipment under compliance procedures.
Track and update planned preventive maintenance schedules. Manage quarterly/yearly renewal and compliance of necessary building and facilities permits and inspections.
Organize and maintain proper facilities management documentation and records.
Provide Office Admin support.
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ Level or above.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
Possess good interaction skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels.
Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules.
Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking, and organizing stock items.
Responsible, committed, and independent.
Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement.
