Are you passionate about delivering top-notch service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Service Crew / Captain / Commis!

Service Crew:

• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests with a smile!
• Work closely with your colleagues to set up the restaurant, ensuring all amenities and utensils are stocked and ready for service.
• Engage with guests, recommend menu items, and boost sales with your suggestions.
• Handle phone and email reservations with care and attention to detail.
• Assist with other duties to ensure smooth operations.

Captain:

1. Welcome guests and escort them to their seats with a warm and friendly attitude.
2. Help with restaurant preparation, table setup, and proper handling of operating equipment.
3. Handle phone reservations and politely channel any telephone messages.
4. Resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
5. Ensure that servers provide excellent customer service and support the team in achieving goals.

Commis / Pastry Commis:

• Monitor food production to ensure all items are made according to prescribed recipes and presentation standards. Maintain portioning controls and consistency.
• Guarantee all food items meet hygiene standards, using "First In, First Out" practices for freshness and sanitation.
• Safely store food products in the correct fridges and containers, ensuring everything stays fresh and secure throughout the shift.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all culinary areas and ensure every team member cleans their station after each service.
• Oversee the safe and proper use of kitchen equipment and provide guidance to fellow culinary team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Min 1 year of F&B experience preferred, but fresh grads from hospitality/ F&B/ Tourism school specializations are welcome!
• Willing to work together in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts and public holidays.
• Must be okay with serving non-halal food and alcohol (for Muslim candidates).

What We Offer:

• $2,200 - $3,500/mth ++ (depends on work experience)
• Night shift allowance, overtime payment, and more!
• 1 month Sign-On Bonus (for those who join before 16 January 2025)
• AWS + Performance Bonus
• Rotational shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night), 5 days a week
