Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and attend to customers upon arrival.
  2. Present menus to customers and recommend food/beverages.
  3. Setup, clean, and organize workstations.
  4. Assist with simple ingredient and sauce preparations.
  5. Resolve complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
  6. Provide customer service over various platforms.
  7. Assist other team members when needed.
  8. Provide Go-the-Extra-Mile Service.
  9. Clean and tidy the whole restaurant including but not limited to tables, chairs, floors, counters, exteriors, washrooms, etc.
  10. Perform any other relevant ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Possesses a cheerful disposition.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout work shift.
