Job Responsibilities:
Manage and run retail stalls according to company rules and regulations.
Guide and supervise staff on food handling and service standards.
Prepare meals like toast and hot dishes, following company procedures.
Make hot and cold drinks, either from scratch or using premixes.
Provide advice on operations and ensure consistent service quality.
Manage stalls within budget and plan to keep them profitable.
Monitor sales and prepare monthly sales reports with suggestions for improvement.
Handle cashiering, customer complaints, and operational issues.
Perform other tasks as needed to support the business.
Requirements:
Preferably someone with a Diploma in F&B, supply chain, or related courses.
Hands-on and good at solving problems in food court operations and handling customer issues.
Having a basic food hygiene certificate is an added advantage; hygiene training will be provided.
