Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities -

1. Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertain their dining/lodging needs.
2. Seat guests and manage the seating chart and monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
3. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
4. Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
5. Take bookings for the Restaurant via telephone, fax, emails and deal promptly with all inquiries relating to the Restaurant, turning inquiries into bookings and handling guests' orders.
6. Keep up to date and accurate all inquiries relating to bookings and input them into the system, following up on any guest requirements and passing them on to the right person.
7. Liaise with the restaurant management regarding special offers and ensure the offers are advertised accordingly on the system and website.
8. Utilise the systems to their full potential, maximise bookings, and create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant, building a detailed record of guests.
