Job Responsibilities

• Undergo a 12-month structured training program covering bakery operations, product development, and management
• Learn to prepare, bake, and present high-quality bakery products according to company standards
• Ensure product consistency, food safety, and hygiene compliance
• Assist in inventory control, minimizing waste, and cost management
• Lead and mentor junior bakery staff to enhance overall team performance
• Gain experience in retail operations and customer engagement

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science is advantageous. We can also consider candidates from other discipline as long as you have a passion / interest in baking.
• Passion for baking and a strong desire to learn
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership potential
• Ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities during training
• Prior experience in a bakery or F&B environment is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
