Hospital F&B Coordinator (Inpatient Meal Services)

Location: Central
Working Hours: Rotating shifts (5-day work week, 42 hours per week)
Rest Days: Based on roster (must be able to work weekends & public holidays)

We are looking for a dedicated F&B Coordinator to support our inpatient meal service. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a hospital environment, we’d love to have you on board!

Your Role:

1. Assist in running the inpatient meal service efficiently
2. Handle & resolve meal-related queries from hospital wards
3. Ensure accurate meal orders for paying-class patients
4. Check plated meals for accuracy & ensure timely meal dispatch
5. Push food trolleys/warmers (approx. 150kg with wheels)
6. Support the team in resolving operational issues and patient complaints
7. Perform other assigned duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• IT-savvy candidates preferred
• Physically fit to handle food warmers/trolleys
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays (roster-based)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
