As a Supervisor/Assistant Manager, You Will:

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations.
• Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch customer service, cleanliness, and speed.
• Manage shifts efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
• Uphold health, safety, and food quality standards while maintaining a positive vibe.
• Train and develop team members for growth and future leadership roles.
• Assist in budget management and cost control.
• Handle physical tasks like lifting items (up to 20kg) when needed.
