1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a balanced schedule that includes structured learning, playtime, rest, and physical activities.
• Integrate educational best practices, ensuring activities meet developmental milestones and early learning standards.

2. Classroom Management and Supervision

• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment where children can explore and learn freely.
• Supervise children at all times, maintaining child-to-teacher ratios and keeping children engaged.
• Implement positive behavior management strategies, helping children learn self-regulation and social skills.

3. Support for Social and Emotional Development

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment where each child feels valued and supported.
• Teach children essential social skills, such as sharing, cooperation, and empathy, through role modeling and guided interactions.
• Address any emotional needs or behavioral challenges, supporting children’s overall well-being.
