Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Act as a liaison between teams, departments, and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
Plan, organize, and coordinate events, meetings, or workshops, managing logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.
Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Assist in gathering, analysing, and summarising data concerning insurance or investment for the preparation of reports to assist the Director in the decision-making process.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Stay informed about industry regulations and assist in maintaining compliance within the insurance sector.
Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma
Proactive and meticulous
Experience as an admin is a plus
Have some knowledge in finance is a plus
Eye for social media is a plus
Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Education:
Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
