Experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Responsibilities

  1. Manage organizational administrative duties such as payroll administration, data administration, HR system, reporting, employee benefits, and leave management.
  2. Support and advise business lines on new hires and terminations, manage the full spectrum of the employee life cycle, and initiate and monitor HR processes.
  3. Partner with the leadership team to develop succession plans and carry out learning and development initiatives and talent management plans.
  4. Engage in management and handling employee behavior to improve productivity.
  5. Manage employee surveys in response to employee feedback and suggestions, and partner with business lines to define action plans and monitor progress.
  6. Lead employee engagement plans and activities and promote agile working.
  7. Promote diversity through hiring as equal opportunity employers (EEO).
  8. Responsible for government reporting and monitoring government updates on HR regulations.
