Roles & Responsibilities

1. Staff Management
   • All things salary/wages related including statutory compliance and reporting
   • Work allocation, management and oversight
   • Attendance plan and schedule, weekly roster, etc
   • Execution, training, performance etc
   • Responsible for a team of housekeepers and chef
2. Property Management
   • Management covers inventory, user manuals, vendor details and management, maintenance schedules, oversight, checks and up-keep of all systems, plant and equipment
   • Schedule regular maintenance of all systems, plant and equipment
   • Unscheduled ad hoc maintenance and repair
   • Emergency repairs and maintenance
3. Household Management
   • Daily operations: kitchen, housekeeping, waste, utilities etc
   • Inventory and supplies management
   • Household budget management and expense reporting
   • Guest and special events planning and management
   • Pets management – walks, food, health, grooming, etc

Requirements

1. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working in private homes
2. Executive Housekeeper or hotel butler service is also welcome to apply
3. Outstanding references from both current and previous employers
4. Pleasant personality and service-oriented
5. Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills
6. Understands that the utmost confidentiality and discretion are required
7. Superior process, project and time-management skills
8. Low key, meticulous, personable and a self-starter
9. Must have excellent interpersonal skills
10. Must be comfortable working in an environment with children and pets
11. 5-day work week, must be flexible in scheduling with availability to work on Saturdays and overtime
