Exhibition Sales Associate Director/Senior Manager

Our client, one of Singapore’s largest hospitality companies, is seeking a strategic Exhibition Sales Director. This role will drive the growth and execution of exhibition and conference portfolios through innovative business development strategies. You will lead a dynamic team, manage key industry relationships, and ensure the portfolio meets commercial, operational, and content goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive revenue generation through comprehensive sales strategies and maintain strong relationships with clients.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's client base.
3. Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new event opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
4. Take full ownership of the portfolio's P&L, ensuring budgeted gross and net profit targets are met.
5. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure each project delivers value to stakeholders, remains on schedule, and achieves profitability targets.
6. Manage and mentor a multinational team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

1. 9 to 13 years of experience in an event/exhibition management role, with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and business plan writing skills.
3. Strong financial acumen, particularly in managing P&L and assets.
4. A strong desire to outperform expectations and sales targets as a team.
