Executive, Wholesale

Job Description:

1. Process and generate invoices on all wholesale portals.
2. Provide general sales-related support on all wholesale channels’ activities and activations, including pulling sales data and reports on request to support sales presentations.
3. Manage day-to-day trade returns and functions relating to sales returns, including accrual reports for posted and unposted returns.
4. Track and maintain advertising and promotional expenses using existing templates, including tracking merchandising/channel pictures of wholesale retail partners for billing processes and promotional matters.
5. Track and update space buy contract expiry into existing templates for all wholesale retail partners on space and display-related matters.
6. Coordinate and assist with stock requisition for promotional matters.
7. Support all wholesale promoter-related matters, including rostering, leave tracking, roadshow schedule, communications, and logistics planning. This is seasonal (Dec/Jan) and co-pilot with the Merchandising Supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma in business or a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred from the FMCG industry.
3. Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
5. Singaporeans preferred.
