Executive, Training (F&B)

About the role

This is a full-time position as an Executive, Training (F&B) at Hot Palette (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd., located in the City Hall Central Region. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure the highest standards of service excellence across the company's food and beverage operations.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct on-site training at various locations to ensure employees receive effective and consistent training.
• Develop training materials tailored to operational needs, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
• Create video Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient learning and reference.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and assessments.
• Translate training materials from English to Chinese to accommodate multilingual employees.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks related to training and development as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training facilitation and instructional design.
• Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken & written) to handle translations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic video editing software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to engage trainees.
• Ability to travel to different locations for on-site training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B, retail, or service industries is an advantage
• Famililarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools
