We are currently seeking a passionate Learning Admin to join our KPMG Business School.

As a Training Admin, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of training matters. Your role involves administering learning programs through our Learning Management System, monitoring and tracking the progress of all training programs, and maintaining accurate class records and documentation. Additionally, you will generate reports for stakeholders when requested, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for end-to-end administration for training matters.
2. Administer our learning programs in Learning Management System.
3. Monitor and track the progress and completion of all training programs.
4. Maintain class records and other documentation.
5. Generate reports for stakeholders when requested.
6. Participate in UAT for system enhancements.
7. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. At least 1 year experience in supporting training admin or operational work.
3. Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System is a plus.
