Job Description:

Title: Administrative Executive

Salary Range: Up to S$3,000 Per month

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Accreditation Bodies regulations and procedures and training quality management.
• Perform various operational, clerical, and/or administrative support tasks as assigned.
• Support in the day-to-day coordination of technical training activities as needed.
• Provide technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of technical equipment, tools and training infrastructures.
• Collect, analyze and submit data; prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports using database programming techniques; maintain records and statistical information.
• Assist with departmental budgeting and monitor expenses for cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain web-based learning resources.
• Plan, develop, and implement various special projects as assigned; coordinate, promote and facilitate special events, programs, and/or activities.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Source, manage, monitor and provide feedback on the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and service standards.
• Assist in maintaining, tracking, and monitoring requirements under internal training quality management system and external certification bodies audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience.
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Strong adaptability skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills with good customer service aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
• Must be able to work in evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
