Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Director, HR in developing a learning & development strategy and assist in the implementation of onboarding & induction programmes.
• Support and implement learning needs analysis and learning plans, and monitor the utilization of the training budget.
• Develop and manage the learning management system.
• Oversee scholarship, sponsorship, internship, and overseas conferences.
• Support the development and implementation of leadership development programmes, core values training, mentoring programmes, etc.
• Plan and implement service excellence programmes, projects, and awards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in learning and development in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Well-versed with HR-Learning Management systems.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, resourceful, and independent worker.
• A strong team player.
• Experience in stand-up training and facilitation would be an advantage.
