Executive / Senior Executive (Volunteer Management)

Job Description:

• To recruit and expand volunteer pool, especially through individual and corporate engagements, to support the client's cause.
• To plan and execute volunteer programmes to support the client's patients in their rehabilitation journey.
• To support various client's programmes through the deployment of volunteers.
• To plan and execute events.
• To recruit, orientate, match and deploy volunteers into various volunteer programmes.
• To train and equip volunteers with the necessary skillsets required for the execution of various volunteering services.
• To ensure the smooth execution of volunteer programmes.
• To nurture and recognise volunteers' efforts in helping the client.
• To plan and execute events as part of volunteer engagement and outreach efforts.
• To work closely with other departments in the deployment of volunteers to support the execution of events, activities and programmes.
• To assist at events and programmes when required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in any discipline with at least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least two years experience in volunteer and event management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task proficiently.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to work on weekends and weekday evenings, when needed.
• Candidates with previous working experience in a healthcare setting will have an added advantage.
