Roles & Responsibilities

  • Innovative Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement creative social media strategies that elevate the Singapore Sports Hub’s brand, engaging both local and international audiences. Ensure these strategies are integrated with other relevant marketing efforts and aligned with our broader business goals and objectives.
  • Dynamic Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content that highlights the vibrancy, energy, and community spirit of the Singapore Sports Hub. Ensure that all content, from visuals and videos to written posts, reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audiences. Keeping up to date with social media trends and current/relevant topics in the sports and entertainment world that we can leverage on to promote the events, activities and facilities at the Singapore Sports Hub.
  • High-Performing Content Development: Utilize data-driven insights to craft high-performing content that resonates with our audience. Analyse social media metrics and audience behaviour to refine content strategies, ensuring maximum engagement and reach. Implement continuous improvement practices based on these insights to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Generative AI Utilization: Leverage generative AI tools to create dynamic and creative content and social assets that scale efficiently. Implement AI-driven solutions to produce engaging visuals, videos, and copy that perform well across various platforms. Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance content creation and maximize social media impact.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage social listening tools and analytics to gain insights, anticipate trends, and inform strategic decisions. Use data-driven approaches to optimize content performance, enhance audience targeting, and maximize engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing, public relations, and patron experience strategies. Provide expert advice on all matters related to social media marketing and digital engagement.
  • Building Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and organizations to expand our reach, drive engagement, and uncover new growth opportunities. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate partnerships that boost brand visibility and business outcomes.
  • Commercial/Sponsorship Deliverables: Identify opportunities to create value and inventory that support the Commercial and Sponsorship efforts. Develop ideas that leverage on existing and/or sponsors’ content to add value to the association and brand alignment between the Singapore Sports Hub and our commercial sponsors.
  • Brand Guardianship: Maintain firm standards and adhere to brand guidelines for all social media content. Review and refine all content pieces regardless of its source to ensure that it is aligned with the brand direction and identity. This includes overseeing the quality of photography, videography, copy, design and platform suitability.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing. Continuously refine our social media strategies, experimenting with new formats, platforms, and tactics to stay ahead of the curve and sustain growth and engagement.
  • Professionalism and Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Serve as a positive ambassador for Kallang Alive Sports Management and the Singapore Sports Hub both internally and externally.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Aim to deliver world-class social media experiences and an overall brand content strategy that exceed expectations and reinforce our position as a leading destination for sports, entertainment, and lifestyle.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in social media marketing, with demonstrated success in growing audiences, driving engagement, and impacting revenue.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global and regional social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat and Red with the ability to foresee trends and capitalise on new opportunities and frontiers.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business impact.
  • Experience using generative AI tools to create dynamic and scalable content and social assets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier social media experiences.
  • Experience in the sports, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable but not essential for candidates with strong strategic acumen and a passion for our brand vision.
  • Creative and curious, with a knack for logical thinking and strategic planning.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity, heavy workloads, and extensive details.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
