Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from drafting to signing of Project Agreements, Variation Agreements, and Research Collaboration Agreements. Ensure continuity of research project funding by facilitating collaboration of all stakeholders.
Keep track of project data in database, such as updating deliverable dates, project costs, and project duration. Maintain and upkeep TL@NTU project database for analytics.
Grant Call - ensure periodical grant call in place - from call for proposal, award, opening/closing of account for the following.
Compile Progress Reports and Presentation Materials on periodical basis for reporting to Funding Agencies.
Publicity and Events Management
Manage and coordinate all aspects for staff engagement events and other ad-hoc events.
Provide financial oversight for events budget.
Work with team to update the website and LinkedIn pages. Will be good if able to create content on social media platforms.
Monitor online sentiments and manage engagement on the centre's digital media platforms.
Propose and source for vendors, event locations for activities and events.
Other Responsibilities
Manage and verification of receipts related to purchases, claims and reimbursements using our internal systems.
General office administrative support such as managing office and pantry supplies.
Other secondary administrative roles and responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Administrative management experience with good working knowledge in project management and data analysis.
General working knowledge: Adobe Suite, Canva etc.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
