Job description
Fundraising, Grants and Donations Management
Conduct research and analyse emerging trends in philanthropy and social impact, monitoring both the local and regional philanthropic landscapes.
Manage the fundraising pipeline, identify new platforms/channels for donor outreach, and track progress towards fundraising goals to sustain and grow philanthropic giving for MINDS.
Identify funding support available and be involved in the application of relevant grants.
Prepare impact reports to update stakeholders on outcomes and review areas for improvement.
Implement donor and volunteer management frameworks to ensure good governance and foster long-term partnerships.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Volunteer and Donor Management System (VDMS).
Communicate donations management SOPs to internal stakeholders, address queries and provide support where necessary.
Partnership Development and Management
Identify, develop and implement strategic partnership plans with Foundations (Corporate, Private and Public), Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals, aligning their philanthropic goals with MINDS' mission and needs.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and new stakeholders across key segments to deepen partnerships and ensure sustained collaboration.
Address enquiries/requests from potential and existing partners, collaborating with internal teams to prepare impact reports and deliver impactful experiences that encourage long-term engagement.
Support engagement and volunteering needs of partners.
Assist in achieving the department's partnership, fundraising, and volunteer targets.
Project Management of Campaigns, Events, and Initiatives
Conceptualise, plan, and execute assigned campaigns/events/initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with goals.
Develop marketing collateral (e.g., campaign webpages, eDMs) to achieve engagement or fundraising outcomes.
Evaluate campaign outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Administration and Procurement
Review and update proposals, reports and plans on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Manage budgeting and procurement activities for the team as required.
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Internal Stakeholders
Engage internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our cause and work with Communications team to generate contents for collateral for the purpose of engaging partners, donors etc.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your Reporting Officer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business / Mass Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, clients/donor/volunteer management, and/or marketing communications.
Resourceful, pro-active and organised with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in networking and building relationships.
Meticulous, detail-oriented with excellent writing and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in data visualisation tools such as Power BI will be preferred.
Experience in account management and fundraising will be an advantage.
