Key Responsibilities
The Role
Responsible to identify and evaluate supply/demand imbalances and identify potential alternative supply strategy to improve service and reduce operating cost, and when necessary, escalate any critical decisions such as constraining/optimising supply and prioritise specific customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast demand for Make-To-Stock, Make-To-Order, and JIT products
- Review the rough cut capacity plan (RCCP) in the supply planning system (BY)
- Review the upcoming supply plan; plan production orders and raw material purchase requisitions
- Analyse and develop options for the inventory position / projections for finished goods/components and ensure inventory balance across supply chain
- Develop short term and long-term demand plan for insights and key business decisions
- Responsible for consolidation of the customer order for efficient downstream order management and fulfilment
- Support transformation initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement
- Build strong working relationship with various cross-functional business stakeholders and being the point of contact for all demand and supply planning matters

Key Requirements
- With a recognised Degree in Supply Chain or related
- Minimum 2 years related experience working within a supply chain planning function is essential
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Blue Yonder or a similar Supply Planning tool is highly valued
- Prior experience with working in SAP S/4
- Experience in supply planning tools/ software in a food catering/ food & beverage or similar industry
- Understanding of MRP and replenishment processes
- Knowledge of inventory management and safety stock policies and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective customer and internal stakeholders to influence decisions and collaborate effectively across the organization required
