Role: Executive/Senior Executive, Industry and Community Engagement
Job Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedExecutive/Senior Executive – Industry & Community Engagement to support the Institute for Financial Literacy’s partnership and engagement efforts. The role involves managing outreach enquiries, coordinating youth engagement initiatives, tracking partnership performance, and preparing reports for key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Outreach & Engagement (40%)
· Respond to partnership enquiries and coordinate meetings to explore collaboration opportunities.
· Support the development and execution of strategic outreach initiatives.
· Maintain relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for expansion.
2. Youth Engagement & Programme Execution (30%)
· Support and execute IFL’s ground outreach initiatives including financial literacy carnivals, roadshows and events.
· Liaise with stakeholders such as schools, community organisations, and industry partners to ensure successful programme delivery.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting (15%)
· Track and monitor monthly partner engagement activities and session KPIs to assess outreach effectiveness.
· Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on engagement outcomes.
4. Stakeholder Reporting & Business Operations (5%)
· Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management and funding agencies.
· Support operational planning and documentation related to IFL’s industry and community engagement initiatives.
