Job description

The Human Resource Executive supports HR functions for Residential-Based Services by assisting in HR-related needs including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administrative tasks. This role works closely with employees and the HR team to ensure efficient HR processes that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support & Administration:
    • Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
    • Provide administrative support for HR activities and initiatives.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
    • Support HR in addressing employee concerns and grievances.
    • Assist in fostering a positive work environment through HR initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Assist in the interview coordination.
    • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process.
    • Provide administrative support for performance-related documentation.
    • Support managers in tracking employee performance records.
  • Training & Development:
    • Assist in identifying development needs.
    • Support the execution of HR-led learning initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Provide administrative support in compensation and benefits-related matters.
    • Address employee queries on salary, benefits, and leave policies.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and adhered to.
    • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Support HR audits and documentation reviews as required.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting:
    • Assist in preparing HR reports and tracking key HR metrics.
    • Provide data support for HR analysis and decision-making.
  • Change Management Support:
    • Support HR in implementing organizational changes and transitions.
    • Assist employees in adapting to new HR policies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or social service setting.
  • Skills:
    • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Location & Travel:

  • Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to care centers and community-based service locations.
